A person of many activities related to law, art and social life. Founder (1993) of the GESSEL law firm, which for 23 years managed as the Managing Partner of the GESSEL law firm. As the only woman, she built a law firm in the world of men. She created the office from scratch.

Today there are 12 partners, 60 lawyers and a total of about 100 employees. It is particularly important for her to support women in their professional activation. For 20 years, she has been an arbiter in Poland and abroad. From 2015, he is a member of the International Court of Arbitration ICC in Paris representing Poland. In 2011-2017 she was the President, in 2017 she became the Honorary President of the Court of Arbitration Lewiatan.

She is an adjunct at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where she lectures in the field of international commercial arbitration, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law.
